Don't forget the importance of your own mental and physical health during this time of a pandemic. keeping your own immune system at its best will serve you well. The evidence during this time shows that people with immunocompromised states, such as diabetes, obesity, smoking, copd, kidney failure etc are a much higher risk of having complications if they contract corona virus. remember that adequate sleep, good nutrition, daily exercise, family connection, social connection, community volunteering, meditation, yoga, a positive mental outlook and a working toward a greater purpose, all can improve your own immunity and get you thru this difficult time.
